Refund policy

PERSONALIZED / MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS


We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized or made-to-order items unless there was an error on our part.

If there was an error or fault, here are the next steps:

  1. Take a photo of the product in the condition you received in within 48 hours.

  2. Please share it with us with your order ID via chat, or email to hello@humaysha.com

  3. We will review and either process a refund including shipping or resend you a new piece at no additional charge.


If you are wishing to exchange a new and unused item that is not customized / personalized, you have 14 days to do so. The best way to do this is:

  1. Place a new order for the item you want.

  2. Post the unwanted item back to us at: ________________________. Please note you will bear the costs of shipping the product back. 

  3. Once we have received the unwanted item, we will process a refund less shipping costs.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
